We are proud to call ourselves a true farm-to-table restaurant. We strive to source only the highest quality, local, sustainably grown ingredients. Over 50 percent of all our ingredient purchases are direct from local farms, and another 25 percent was either locally grown or locally made in Wisconsin.
We make most of our menu items from scratch in-house. Menu items change seasonally to utilize what’s most fresh from our local farming community.
