Burning Troll!
We hosted the first ever Burning Troll event at our farm on August 12th, 2023. It was a blast. We had live music, aerial dance, a prairie walk and sculpture garden, awesome food and drink, and of course a giant burning troll! We’re did it again in 2024! Burning Troll has its own website. Crash the Kitchen
Durning the winter and spring months of 2022, 2023, and 2024 we hosted several Crash the Kitchen events where guest chefs came into our kitchen and improvised a meal for guests using the local food we had available on hand. We enjoyed an amazing diversity of flavors and cooking styles, and afterwards, the chefs shared their thoughts on all things cooking and local food in a friendly Q&A. Other Events
We have hosted a range of other events, including film screenings, panel discussions, workshops, guest speakers, bike rides, and a whole series called “Small Batch Science” where scientists gave short talks (ala Ted Talks) about their work. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for updates!
