Medium to large sized apple.  Hints of orange light peaking through vertical stripes of pale green and red.  English dual purpose eating and culinary apple.  Sweet/tart flavor.

Cider Description

Color – Bright gold mostly clear.

Nose – Barely noticeable.

Flavor – Medium body.  High acidity, full fruity flavor.  Some astringency.

Overall Impression – Good cider on its own, though probably too tart for some palettes.
