Apple Description
The apples from the tree we picked were small in size, likely owing to a heavy crop load that was not thinned. Very normal tasting apple, probably good for all purposes.

Cider Description
Color - Light gold, slightly cloudy.
Nose - Mild, pear.
Flavor - Medium to light body. Medium acidity. Mild tart apple, apple skin flavor. Seems more astringent than the low tannin measurement would suggest.
Overall Impression - Very easy to drink, balanced flavor. A mild but enjoyable cider.
