Cider Description

Color – Light gold, mostly clear.

Nose – Light apple, mild.

Flavor – Medium body.  Dominated by tart, lingering green apple acidity, somewhat biting but not overly harsh.  Little noticeable tannins.

Overall Impression – Good for adding some acidity to a blend.  Perhaps too singularly tart to stand on its own.
