Variable sized apple, can get large if thinned. Light green with red blush and some streaks. Popular eating, culinary, and all-purpose apple bred in New York in the late 1800s.

Cider Description
Color - Pale yellow. Clear. Almost watered down appearance.
Nose - Faint apple, must.
Flavor - Low to medium body. Moderate acidity - starts mild then builds and fades slowly. Little to no noticeable tannins. Mild sour apple flavor.
Overall Impression - Nothing to be excited about, but not bad. Could be blended with a higher gravity, more flavorful cider apple to fill it out.
