Medium sized apple. Pale green undertones ripening to mild, streaked red. Slightly tart all purpose apple from Minnesota.

Color - Pale yellow, mostly clear.
Nose - Apple and must.
Flavor - Light to medium body. Medium to slightly high acidity. A hint of something funky - perhaps something wasn't perfectly clean and happy during the fermentation (we don't claim to be perfect). Little to no noticeable tannins.
Overall Impression - Probably could have been better (blame the cider maker). Even so, it was a little thin. Could be used to add some acidity to a blend.
