Cider Description

Color - Light gold.  A little murky and cloudy.

Nose - Fresh apple, ripe fruit.

Flavor - Mellow, straight-forward apple flavor.  Unassuming on first sip but a long, lingering finish.  Moderate acidity.  Little to no noticeable tannins.

Overall Impression - Light, subtle, and drinkable.  Unadorned apple flavor and aroma.  Would make a fine backdrop for blending with almost any apple.
