Color - Very light yellow. Mostly clear, almost watery appearance.

Nose - Faint, musty.

Flavor - Medium to light body. Moderate acidity. Little to no noticeable tannins. Mild apple flavor.

Overall Impression - Nothing exciting but not bad. Would make a good, neutral base for blending with other apples.
