Cider Description

Color – Light amber.  A little cloudy and murky.

Nose – Subtle pear.

Flavor – Low acidity.  Light mouthfeel.  Mild apple skin flavor.  Little to no noticeable tannins.

Overall Impression – Mild cider overall.  Nothing remarkable but nothing bad.  Easy to drink.  Could mellow an overly sharp cider.
