Boxy little apple (might not have been so small if the tree had been thinned).  Sharply contrasting green and red.  Crisp with a pleasant apple flavor but not very juicy.

Total Tannins = 0.07%

Cider Description

Color – Light gold with a hint of autumn red.  Slightly cloudy.

Nose – Subtle candy apple.

Flavor – Fresh apple flavor.  Refreshing and balanced.  Medium body, medium acidity, little to no tannin.

Overall Impression – Enjoyable cider.  Classic apple flavor.
