Color – Pale yellow, a bit cloudy.

Nose – Light, candy apple.

Flavor – Medium body.  Fresh, tart apple flavor.  Moderate to strong acidity.

Overall Impression – This common eating apple makes a pleasant cider with the familiar tart apple flavor of a Mac.  Great base apple.  Could make for a world class cider if blended with a bittersweet.
