Medium to large sized apple.  Old English heirloom.  Yellowish green, exceptionally tart with a hint of pineapple flavor.

Cider Description

Color - Light yellow.  A little cloudy.

Nose - Strong aroma.  Fruity, tropical, pineapple.

Flavor - Medium body.  Impressively tart.  Like pineapple juice without any sugar.  Brisk, full flavor.  Long, tart finish.  Little noticeable tannins.

Overall Impression - A distinctive cider.  Too acidic on its own for some palettes.  Would liven up a blend with some tropical tang.
