Color - Straw, somewhat cloudy, a little murky.  

Nose - Faint, musty.

Flavor - Medium body.  High acidity.  Long, tart finish.  Little to no noticeable tannins.

Overall Impression - Perhaps too one dimensional to stand on its own but could be used to add acidity to a blend.
