Medium sized apple.  Pale yellow mostly covered with reddish blush and deeper carmine streaks.  A seedling of Fameuse from Michigan.

Specific Gravity = 1.053

pH = 3.78

Total Acidity (Malic) = 8.0

Total Tannins = 0.10%

Cider Description

Color – Light yellow, a little cloudy.

Nose – Very fragrant.  Honey.  Cantaloupe.

Flavor – Moderate, soft mouthfeel that gives way to full and long lasting acidity.  Little noticeable tannins. 

Overall Impression – Great for adding aromatics and acidity to a blend, a little too acidic on its own.
