Small to medium sized fruit (might have been larger but the tree was not thinned).  Pale yellow with pink wash and stripes of red.

Total Acidity (Malic) = 4.4

Total Tannins = 0.10%

Cider Description

Color - Pale yellow, slightly cloudy.

Nose - Dry, somewhat musty.

Flavor -   Light to medium body.  Low to medium acidity.  Mild apple flavor.  Little to no noticeable tannins.

Overall Impression - Unremarkable, but not bad.
