Tremlett's Bitter

Apple Description

Small to medium sized apple.  Yellow skin with some red blush.  Well known English cider apple.  Intensely bitter, a true spitter.  

Juice Analysis

Brix = 16.3

Specific Gravity = 1.067

pH = 3.83

Total Acidity (Malic) = 3.83

Total Tannins = 1.20%

Unfortunately we did not have enough juice from Tremlett's Bitter to create a single varietal cider for further testing.
